DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents to dismiss appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered June 11, 2007, June 13, 2007, and June 14, 2007, respectively, for failure to timely perfect the same, and for an award of costs for making the motion.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeals is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect the same in accordance with the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an award of costs for making the motion is denied.
