| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on appeals by the People from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 20, 2007, and March 15, 2007, respectively, to be provided with a copy of the grand jury minutes and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before July 29, 2008, the People shall provide the appellant's assigned counsel with a copy of the transcripts of the grand jury minutes; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent is directed to serve one copy of his brief and to file nine copies thereof on or before August 28, 2008.
