Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's supplemental pro se brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered July 6, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 25, 2008, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
