ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 10, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion and an application by the appellant pro se, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered December 18, 2006, is amended by deleting from the first and last paragraphs thereof the words "supplemental".
