Appeal by Micol McNair from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 22, 2008. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Michele Lee Neusch, dated June 30, 2008, it is

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
