Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 27, 2005, for leave to file the transcripts of proceedings which occurred before the Supreme Court, Kings County, on October 30, 2002, and November 26, 2002, in the above-entitled action, as exhibits to his supplemental pro se brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file the above-entitled transcripts with the Clerk of this court on or before August 15, 2008.
