Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 22, 2008, and two orders of the same court, dated March 3, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the children, Jared Berliner, Esq., 16 Court Street, Suite 2008, Brooklyn, New York 11241, is directed to turn over all papers in the proceedings to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,
