Motion by Counsel to be Relieved

Motion by the attorney for the child to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 10, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the child, Regina M. Stanton, Esq., P.O. Box 81, Port Jefferson, New York 11777, is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,
