Appellant having moved for a writ of error coram nobis vacating the order of this Court entered December 20, 1985 affirming a judgment of Herkimer County Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Herkimer on October 1, 1982, and respondent having cross-moved to adjourn appellant's motion,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Hannah Stith Long, dated June 25, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the cross-motion be and the same hereby is granted, and the return date of appellant's motion is adjourned to August 4, 2008, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent's papers must be filed and served by August 1, 2008.
