Motion by the American Center for Law & Justice for permission to file a brief amicus curiae upon the appeal and
for an order directing the admission pro hac vice of Vincent P. McCarthy, a Connecticut attorney, and Benjamin P. Sisney, an Oklahoma
attorney, pursuant to Section 520.11 (a) (1) of the Rules of Practice of the Court of Appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the
motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for permission to file a brief amicus
curiae is granted, without costs, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to file the amicus curiae brief received on June 30, 2008, and it is
further
ORDERED that the motion for admission pro hac vice is granted, without costs, and Vincent P. McCarthy and Benjamin P.
Sisney are admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of submitting an amicus curiae brief on behalf of the American Center for Law & Justice on
the appeal.
