ORDERED that the order on application of this court dated May 20, 2008, in the above-entitled appeal is recalled and vacated and the following order on application is substituted therefor:
Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 20, 2007, and an order of the same court dated November 20, 2007.
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged, and the record on the appeals and the appellant's brief which were submitted to the Clerk of this court are accepted for filing.
