| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, both dated April 14, 2008, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled actions pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and, in effect, to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and the papers submitted in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to consolidate the appeals is granted, the appeals shall be perfected on one record or appendix and one set of the parties' briefs, and the parties are directed to file 10 copies of the record or appendix and their respective briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
