Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 31, 2008, to substitute the order dated January 31, 2008, for an order of the same court dated November 15, 2007, which was mistakenly attached to the notice of appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the order dated January 31, 2008, is substituted for the order dated November 15, 2007 (see CPLR 2001; 5512).
