ORDERED that the scheduling order of this court dated December 17, 2007, is recalled and vacated, and the following scheduling order is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Timothy Johnson from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 5, 2007. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Sarah L. Schpoont, Esq., dated December 4, 2007, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:
