Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 6, 2008, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated June 10, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
