Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue a motion to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 8, 2008, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated June 23, 2008.
