DECISION

On the court's own motion, motions by appellants returnable May 14, 2008 are hereby consolidated for purposes of disposition.

Motions by appellants to stay sentence, including the payment of three fines for a total sum of $2,250, pending determination of the appeal are granted on condition that the appeal is perfected within 120 days of the issuance of the order hereon (see CPL 460.50 [4]).
