DECISION
On the court's own motion, motion by appellant returnable May 19, 2008 and motion by respondent returnable June 2, 2008 are consolidated for purposes of disposition.
Motion by appellant for a stay of all proceedings pending determination of the appeal granted.
Motion by respondent for an enlargement of time to submit a respondent's brief is granted and respondent shall cause said brief to be served and shall file it within 21 days of the date of the order hereon.
Appellant, if he be so advised, may cause a reply brief to be served and file it within 14 days of the date that the respondent's brief is due to be filed pursuant to this order.
