Motion by the appellants to stay an inquest on the issue of damages in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 18, 2006, December 28, 2006, and June 14, 2007, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the inquest on the issue of damages in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
