Separate motions by the defendants Uvayd Cab Corp., Immanuil Uvaydor, and Guillermo Rivera, and the defendants Barbara A. Lenartowicz and Lana L. Angello for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated December 20, 2007, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 22, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
