Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue those branches of his motion which were to be provided with the transcripts of the grand jury proceedings and a copy of the probation report to aid in the preparation of his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered May 28, 2003.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
