Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 10, 2008, inter alia, to stay enforcement of that order as well as "related two [o]rders of [d]ismissal dated [March 1, 2007,]" for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
