Motion by the appellant to hold in abeyance an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 8, 2005, until a determination is made in his motion pursuant to CPL 440.10. Separate motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file a supplemental reply brief.
