ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondents-appellants Gargiulo Bros., Inc., and Sako Group, Ltd., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their answering briefs on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 17, 2008.

ORDERED that the application is granted and the movants' time to serve and file their answering briefs, including their points of argument on their cross appeals is enlarged (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), and the movants' briefs which were submitted to the Clerk of this court on July 28, 2008, are accepted for filing; and it is further,

ORDERED that the answering brief of the plaintiff respondent-appellant, including her points of argument on her cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]) and the respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before September 2, 2008; and it is further,

ORDERED that the reply briefs of the appellant-respondent and Gargiulo Bros., Inc., shall be served and filed on or before September 15, 2008; and the reply briefs of the plaintiff respondent-appellant and Sako Group, Ltd., shall be served and filed on before September 30, 2008.
