DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 23, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted the appellants' motion, inter alia, to remand custody of the subject children Sierra S., Khali S., and Sadia S., to the care and custody of Dion S. pending hearing and determination of three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated July 2, 2008, and an order of the same court dated July 9, 2008, is amended by deleting from the caption of Proceeding No. 4, and substituting therefor the following caption for Proceeding No. 4:
