| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 28, 2005, to enlarge the judgment roll to include the minutes of his arraignment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before September 2, 2008, upon papers setting forth the issues he plans to raise if the arraignment minutes are received; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before November 3, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
