DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 9, 2006, and to enlarge the judgment roll to include one page of grand jury testimony and certain trial exhibits.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney on or before September 29, 2008, and the appellant shall either attach the grand jury testimony page and trial exhibits to the supplemental briefs as an appendix or file the grand jury testimony page and trial exhibits with the Clerk of this court as exhibits.
