Respondent-appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 16, 2008, January 17, 2008, and May 1, 2008, and for an extension of time to perfect,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Abbie Goldbas, Esq., dated June 12, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of William L. Koslosky, Esq., dated June 17, 2008, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted and appellant shall file the original and ten copies of the stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on each appeal, together with proof of service, on or before September 8, 2008, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
