Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 3, 2007, and October 24, 2007, and petitioner-respondent having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve its briefs,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Colleen S. Head, Esq., sworn to June 26, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that petitioner-respondent submit to the Court ten copies of its brief on each appeal, together with proof of service, on or before August 14, 2008, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
