Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 1, 2008, to substitute Nicholas Aram Kamparosyan, executor of the estate of Herman A. Kamp, a/k/a Abraham Kamparosyan, a/k/a Abraham Herman Kamparosyan, for the deceased defendant Herman A. Kamp.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Nicholas Aram Kamparosyan, executor of the estate of Herman A. Kamp, a/k/a Abraham Kamparosyan, a/k/a Abraham Herman Kamparosyan, is substituted for the deceased defendant Herman A. Kamp, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
