v Linda Gurewich, respondent.

(Docket No. V-25343-07)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this court from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 15, 2008, and June 16, 2008, respectively, and to stay enforcement of the order dated June 16, 2008, pending hearing and determination of appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
