| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this court from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 15, 2008, and June 16, 2008, respectively, and to stay enforcement of the order dated June 16, 2008, pending hearing and determination of appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this court from the orders is denied as unnecessary, as the orders are appealable as of right (see Family Ct Act § 1112); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
