Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 23, 2008, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directed that the subject children "shall remain with their adult sibling [] provided her fiancee moves out of her home" is denied as academic, as the subject children have since been placed in non-kinship foster care, and the motion is otherwise denied.
