Appeals by Michael N. from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, both dated March 27, 2008. By order to show cause dated June 25, 2008, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled proceeding and to relieve the attorney assigned on certification.
Now, on the court's own motion, and the papers filed in response to the order to show cause, including the representation of assigned counsel that the appellant has contacted her, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
