| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Constantine Gianopoulos and Anastasia Gianopoulos on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 13, 2007, for leave to file a supplemental record containing a letter from their attorneys to Justice Rudolph dated December 12, 2007. Application by the respondents Constantine Gianopoulos and Anastasia Gianopoulos pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge their time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before August 15, 2008, the movants' shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the letter dated December 12, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movants' shall serve and file their brief on or before August 15, 2008.
