| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants-respondents on an appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 10, 2007, to stay all disclosure in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeal and to dismiss the cross appeal as abandoned.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all disclosure is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the cross appeal is granted and the cross appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
