Cabrini Terrace Joint Venture v O'Brien, Charles
It is Ordered that the motion for an extension of the stay is denied, without prejudice to renew upon proper papers and service of the moving papers on the adversary. The papers must specify the correct court where the motion is returnable and service of the moving papers must be made by a person not a party to the proceeding. ( see CPLR § 2101[c] and 2103[a] ).
