It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the trial until after August 18, 2008. If , by said date, the appeal has been perfected, the appellants may move for a continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the trial may proceed after August 18, 2008. The parties should arrange to stipulate to the correctness of the transcript, if any, and thereby permit the appeal to proceed expeditiously. The Clerk of the Court may allow this appeal to be calendared for the October 2008 term if it is perfected by August 18, 2008.
