Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered June 11, 2008, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court dated August 22, 2007, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
