Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 19, 2007, to include certain motion papers and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and the appellant's time to serve and file her brief on the appeal is enlarged until September 8, 2008.
