| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 2, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's time to serve and file a replacement brief is enlarged until August 22, 2008, and the replacement brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 26, 2008, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
