| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 14, 2005, to substitute Victoria Goldstein, administrator of the estate of Honora C. Canavan, for the deceased plaintiff Honora Canavan.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Victoria Goldstein, administrator of the estate of Honora C. Canavan, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff Honora Canavan, and the caption has been amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the plaintiff-respondents' time to serve and file her brief is enlarged until September 15, 2008, and the plaintiff-respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
