DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Stephen E. Pearlman to waive the filing fee with respect to appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 12, 2007, and November 9, 2007, and an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 31, 2007, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals, and to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the filing fee is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until October 7, 2008, and the records or appendices on the appeals and the appellant's briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal is denied without prejudice to renew when the appeals are perfected.
