Application by TIG Insurance Company and Luxury Cars of Bayside, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, all dated September 18, 2007, and to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of TIG Insurance Company to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 11, 2008, and the brief of TIG Insurance Company must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before August 27, 2008.
