| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to direct the appellants to correct the record on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated April 21, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before August 25, 2008, the appellants shall remove pages 556, 557, 561, and 562 from the copies of the record on appeal filed with the Clerk of the court, and serve and file a supplemental record containing the petitioner's trial exhibits 5, 7, 9, 10, 15, and 16, and the respondent's trial exhibit E, which are annexed to the respondent's motion papers as part of Exhibit 4, and the motion is otherwise denied.
