Motion by attorney for the child to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 26, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Robert Schulz, 808 DeMott Avenue, Baldwin, New York 11510, is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,
