| DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered February 27, 2008, pursuant to CPL 460.50 and 530.50 to extend a stay of execution of said judgment, which was granted by a decision and order on motion of this court dated March 27, 2008, and which terminated on July 25, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
