Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, entered December 4, 2007, inter alia, to "hold[] that the wording and claim contained on the first page of the [j]udgment of [f]oreclosure and [s]ale is incorrect in that it states that no answer was filed by [the] appellants."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking an amended judgment from the Supreme Court, Putnam County.
