| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 8, 2007, and an order of the same court dated June 12, 2007, to direct the Rockland County Clerk to correct the judgment and to enjoin the respondent Sunbow Productions, Inc., from making certain arguments in an action entitled Bryant v AB Droits Audiovisuels, pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, under Docket No. 07-CV-6395.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
