Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated December 21, 2005, January 6, 2006 (two orders), and January 10, 2006, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this court dated April 29, 2008, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with one bill of $100 costs.
