It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction until after September 10, 2008. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected and the appellant has tendered accruing use and occupancy for August and September, then the appellant may move for a continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant of eviction may be executed after September 10, 2008. The appeal may proceed on the original record of the trial court.
